We ship Monday through Friday. Packages generally arrive in 2 to 7 days.
With the appointment of Louis de Joy as Post Master General in early 2020 with his deliberate attempts to slow our mail and dismantle the post office we cannot predict his delays or slow downs. COVID-19 has created its own slowdowns for every carrier and these delays have been well publicized in the media.
In Winter months there are delays due to extreme weather. During other times of severe weather or flooding there will be slow downs. Cat Faeries reserves the right to cancel orders going to areas under threat of fire or flood or other climate crisis conditions.
The Winter holidays also create a slow down due to an increase in package processing
