Your Package - When Packages Bounce Back

Packages can bounce back for a variety of reasons. Your box could have sat at your local station and you didn't claim it. You could have also given us an incorrect or incomplete address. We copy and paste your address exactly as you typed it on the order form.

Please note that whatever reason the box came back to us, it is not our fault.

If a box comes back the options are:

• We can can but we will charge you shipping again
• We can restock and refund less the 20% restocking fee IF the merchandise was returned in perfect condition. Please see our rules on refunds and credits.
