We generally ship Monday through Friday. We try to pack your order the day it comes in if we receive it before 2pm Pacific and on a weekday. Since some of our products are made by hand and in small batches we may need an extra day or two to process your order. Our work is done with the utmost reverence and care for the items themselves, for you, and for your cats so rushing is not in anyone's best interest!
If you ordered on a weekend or a holiday we cannot ship then and will on our next shipping day.
