Your Package - Damaged packages

We are obsessive about packing orders to protect each item so that everything looks perfect when you get it.

It does not happen very often but occasionally a post office elephant sits on a package and its smashed. You will need to email us within 2 days of receiving the damaged package.

When you write to us you must use clear detail to describe the extent of the damage, the condition of the box and its contents. We'll need to know if the post office attached any stickers or documentation to the package. We might need to see a photo - we'll tell you if we do. See Contact Us for the email address.
