Your Package - When Packages Bounce Back

If a package comes back to us because it was never claimed or the address was wrong you will be notified within 30 days.

Please note that whatever reason the box came back to us, it is not our fault - we copy and paste your shipping address exactly as you typed it.

If a box comes back the options are:

• we can reship, but need to charge shipping again
• we can restock and refund IF the merchandise was returned in perfect condition. Please see our rules on refunds and credits.
