Your Package - When Packages Bounce Back

Packages can bounce back for a variety of reasons. it could be that your box was at your local station and you didn't claim it. It could be that you didn't give us the correct address. We copy and paste your address exactly as you typed it on the order form.

Please note that whatever reason the box came back to us, it is not our fault.

If a box comes back the options are:

• we can reship, but need to charge shipping again
• we can restock and refund IF the merchandise was returned in perfect condition. Please see our rules on refunds and credits.
